Laura Linney
Laura Linney is an American actress who has become well-known for her portrayal of strong, yet vulnerable characters. Linney has a theater family, as her father is the playwright Romulus Linney. Linney graduated at Brown University in 1986 and afterward attended the Arts Theatre School in Moscow and then graduated at the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) New York City was her first stop in 1990. Her first appearance was in the city on Broadway and was awarded awards for her performances in roles like Six Degrees of Separation or Hedda Galer.
