Anna Maria Chlumsky (born Anna Maria Chlumsky) is an American actor. She began acting as an infant and was first known for playing Vada Sultenfuss, the character from the film My Girl and its sequel My Girl 2. Between 1999 and 2005 Anna Chlumsky was on a break to pursue her degree at the college level. Anna Chlumsky, born December 3rd of 1980, in Chicago Illinois is the daughter of Nancy Chlumsky and Frank Chlumsky Jr. Her birthplace was in Chicago Illinois, the home of Nancy and Frank Chlumsky Jr. Her mother is a model as well as a performer, and her father plays the trumpet. When she was a newborn child, she modeled for the Marshall Fields ads. Her sole source of care was her mother, following the dissolution of her parents at the time she turned two. When she was 10 months of age, Marshall Field used her as a child-model for their advertisements.
